• Yes, there are two options to order samples with us: You can either order a single sample for each of the four product types or order a sample kit with all four product types as well as neck labels and hangtag examples.

    If you proceed and place an order of at least 50 pieces with us, we’ll refund the cost of the samples. Please contact us in case you have purchased a sample and would like to have the cost deducted from your order.

  • The minimum order quantity is 50 items per product type in a specific color. For example: 50 white T-Shirts.

  • The minimum order quantity applies to product type and color. You’re welcome to order a mix of different sizes. An example could be:

    • XS: 5

    • S: 6

    • M: 12

    • L: 12

    • XL: 10

    • XXL: 5

  • On top of the product, the price always includes custom neck labels, size labels, care labels, and bio bags. If you’d like to purchase any other add-ons (like hang tags), please get in touch.

  • All garments undergo quality control before they are packed and shipped.

  • We produce your items specifically for you. To make sure that you receive the best possible quality, all items undergo a rigorous quality control before we send them out. Unfortunately, it can happen that not all items pass this check. That's why based on production data we always produce a little extra to balance out potential defects. As a result, you might receive up to 5% more or less than initially stated and we'll adjust the final invoice accordingly. If you need a very specific number of items per size, please make sure to reach out to the team.

  • All garments are produced in Portugal.

  • We pack in non-branded biobags and ship all products in a cardboard box.

  • We ship from Portugal.

  • We offer express shipping with 1-2 days shipping time (please note that this is excluding production time).

    Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    For samples, shipping costs are a flat fee of €10.

    When you place your regular order, we calculate the shipping cost and get back to you with the total price before payment.
